Grad show and Studio day for graduating third year students to show their work to studio recruiters and the public.

We are currently waiting on written estimates from the college and catering but the breakdown is as follows…

Room C100 set up and cleaning by physical resources $600 (likely being charged to animation budget code 511n)
Catering J309 $200 (college catering, coffee, snacks, sandwiches)
After event pizza $560 Gabrielle Pizza
Saturday April 20th picnic catering, Gabrielle Pizza $560

We are trying to expedite the estimates and will forward them as soon as we get them but need to get student signatures etc.
