Event timeline:
4:30-6:30 – Student Showcase of final projects
5:30 – 7:30 – Mix & Mingle with industry partners & Guests
6:30 – 7:30 – Speeches & Awards

Approximate # of Guest: 150-200 (Includes: Industry professionals, Faculty, Staff, 1st to 4th year students)
Funding would cover the following: Food, Beverages, furniture set up & tear down Fee (physical resources) , table linen etc. See attached quote from food services. We have been given zero funds for this event, but are expected to provide the above. We will be doing some fundraising via art sales and bake sales to assist with funding.
