We’re planning on having a grad dinner and party at Tailgators. We’ll order dinner in the form of buffet style. We’ll also play some of the different games they host on-site, such as pool/billiards, foosball, and darts.

Our graduating class has 26 people but there is a possibility that some graduates will be unable to attend, so we estimated funding to about $500, or 20 attendees. We may have more or less signatures than anticipated which will obviously affect the requested amount.

Tailgators has provided us an invoice for general costs based on predicted attendance. Based on the amount of signatures we get, they can provide us with specific dinner options to further break down the associated costs. Please let us know if this is acceptable or if we need to have the full dinner places specified in the cost break-down.
